Question!

Hello guys! I hope you're all doing well! I have a question. My goal calorie consumption is 1,330 calories. Today I have overeaten but I have done some yoga. I took about 1,970 calories. When I was planning my program I chose to loose for about 0.5 kg per week. When I logged my diary, the estimated weight in 5 weeks was 70.5 kg. Is that possible or something went wrong with the calculation?

Don't know how much you weigh now, so hard to say what would be possible/reasonable but I wouldn't pay too much attention to the in 5 weeks thing that pops up when you save your diary every day. In some cases it can be motivating I guess which is obviously why it's there but make up for going over today with the help of exercise and good food choices for the next few days and you'll be fine. Also, you might want to get a HRM to more accurately track your yoga and other activities so that you know how many calories to "safely" eat back.0

An HRM is completely useless for yoga. And most other exercises.

I'd much rather use my HRM to determine the burn to log here than use the estimated number on here, but I'm sure others prefer to do it differently. To be honest I went ahead and assumed that yoga wasn't the only physical activity she wasn't ever going to do. I probably wouldn't even log yoga myself.

If you're set to lose .5 kg a week, and you logged 640 calories above your goal, that means you ate roughly 100 calories above maintenance. Assuming you didn't log the yoga (not clear from your post), the 5 week prediction should be for you to gain about .5 kg over five weeks. (Arithmetic: it's fun, it's easy, it's useful. Who knew?)
But since presumably you don't plan to eat this much every day for the next five weeks, the value of the prediction "if every day were like today" seems pretty small. All it tells you is that you were a little above maintenance today, and really, if you don't already know your maintenance calories, you should learn it. It's probably the single most important number in weight control.1
