I think I can do it!

I'm 12 lbs down which is half way to my original goal. I initially aimed for pre-pregnancy weight (143 lbs), and I'm halfway there after 6 weeks. I feel great and now with my new mind-set I think I could even keep going to my ideal weight (wedding weight - 135 lbs). I've tried so many times in the past but this time my mind-set is different. I know I'll be tracking food and logging long-term now, and I have such a better understanding about how it all works. The idea of being at 135 lbs seemed completely unattainable, but not any more.
