I've dieted my entire adult life. As a child and teenager weight was not an issue. But when I hit adulthood my poor eating habits caught up with me. I've been up and down mainly up my entire adult life except for when I lost 165 lbs when I was in my 40s. I lived at the gym. Now at 64 I need to eat healthier and wiser. Any baby boomers out there in the same boat?
