Muscle Recovery Help Needed!

Looking for recommendations for workout recovery supplements (specifically for after weight training). I'm looking for something a little fancier than protein powder/nuts/carbs/etc.

I stretch, don't over train, and have lost a ton of weight. Recently I've been getting bad post workout soreness that stays around for a week or so, plus muscle spasms that are causing pain. My chiropractor thinks my body is "fighting back" with all the transformation for fat to muscle.

I have starting to have an issue with muscle spasms and do OK with taking glutamate + potassium + magnesium + calcium mixture. But I'm thinking need a little something extra (electrolytes, amino acids, specific supplements).

Has anyone tried something like the VEGA ONE Recovery Accelerator? I know there are a lot of these out there and hoping someone has some insight on them!
