Hello, just joined today and its day one of my Keto diet. I am just looking to lose 10 lbs to fit into my clothes i love.
Starting off with this per day:
25G Carbs
1200 Cal
84G Protein
74G Fat

Gonna be hard, but I know I can do it. If I maintain this, I can lose 2lbs a week.

Anyone know if we can change our Diet Goals on the free service? Maybe you cant lol.
