After a break up and 3 years of college avoiding the scale, I've decided to change my life! I have always been a go getter in every aspect of my life except my health. From school to internships to even an almost 2 year relationship. Now I am as determined to get my health on track. I am a 21 year old female- 22 at the end of June and have 80 lbs to lose! I am seeing a nutritionist weekly and have a diet plan that varies depending on my what body needs. The first week I lost 7 lbs and 1% body fat! The second I gained 6 ounces :/ .... I did lost a little body fat so it seems like I was retaining water. I am now trying to drink more water this week! 3rd week in!!! I am not using supplements. First weigh in: 261. Second: 253.4. Third: 254.2. Friend me! Need motivation.. :)
