Question about Body Revolution

I just got BR and did it for two days. I know I am just starting but I was just wondering if I am suppose to be sore yet? I searched around and people said that they were sore after the first week or so. I am doing all the moves right and today I even did the weights because when I didn't yesterday, I felt nothing in my arms lol.

To users who did it, am I suppose to be sore now or not until BR gets harder?
I did do 30 Day Shred beforehand and got myself ready for BR, as well.

Thanks :)

HI, I'm on day 2 also, but I cheated...I skipped ahead to the next dvd for next week. I think it's great that she gets beginners ready but I wanted to "bump it up a bit". I did use heavier weights with the first DVD and used light 2-3lb weights when she did punches, because she did that in other DVD's of hers...it felt funny to do less. That will change though...every one is harder and harder.

I did 30DS and No More Trouble Zones and Biggest Loser Last Chance workout along with Boost Metabolism in the past (the last being the hardest for me, couldn't do everything)

I think you will find if you follow it to the letter, the first 2 wks will be easier for you. You can do the harder version she has some people doing.

I found her very encouraging and if I hadn't done her other DVD's, would feel the pain I'm sure. I dd sweat though! Being sore isn't always a good thing, I've gotten muscles and strength in the past without a lot of soreness, some of that is overdoing it.
