Hey guys I'm new to this app and community and looking for tips,support and motivation like everyone else here. I was a college athlete approx 10 years ago in the best shape of my life. Things happen life gets in the way of nutrition and overall health. Iam now 30 and have decided I have let myself go for too long. I have recently started exercising again pretty intense boot camp style classes. So I am drained by the end of my workout and need some fuel. As well as any ideas on what to eat prior to workouts. Any input would be helpful.
