New to premium! Help please!

Hi there everybody! This is my first time doing the premium with MyFitnessPal. My goal overall is to gain healthy weight. Right now I weigh 115, I'm reaching to be 130-140. I do eat pretty healthy, I've gotten into the routine of cooking at home instead of going out or ordering takeout. I read an article off the app about counting your Marcos? How to figure out how many calories you need on your train and rest days. I'm not sure if I'm doing it right!

    Well you can set up your account to gain about 1/2 lb per week. Macro wise, you need around 100-130g of protein (based on satiety), roughly 35-55g of fats and the rest can be carbs.

    Also, you want to get on a good resistance training program to help develop some muscle while you are gaining weight and not just gain all fat.
