I can't eat enough!

On a daily basis, if I eat when I'm hungry and until I'm satisfied, I consume at the most 990 calories.
I know I need to eat more, especially because I do intense workouts such as Insanity 3-4 times a week.

I don't know what to do! Are there any higher calorie (but healthy) foods I can eat?

    You're going to have to eat high-density foods. Nuts like the previous poster mentioned, also mangoes, papayas or cheese. It would be good if we could see your food diary to offer more advice.
