    Sorry I'm late but I'd like to join! Doubt I'll be able to lose 5lbs though as I'm only 9lbs from goal, but I'll give it my best shot!

    Height: 5'3

    1st June: 131lbs

    Morning friends. Happy Friday! Weekends are the most challenging for me. What do you plan to do to stay on track?

    I plan to exercise, limit alcohol intake and track before I eat.

    Weight is creeping down, but I round to the nearest pound so "no loss" this week. Optimistic I can meet my month-end goal though!

    Where did the time go! I am the exact same weight as I was at the start of the month, 2 big birthday parties and a week working away did not help the cause. But still I feel thinner and when wear my bikini tomorrow (going to the Canaries for THREE weeks!!!) I will do it with confidence... no one really cares about other people's wobbly bits anyway!

    Didn't quite get to goal this month, but made progress so I'll be happy with that.

    Well I gained 1.8lbs overall in June. But I lost inches on my tummy, thighs, and hips and I gained on my chest and booty. So I'm not horribly upset about it lol. Hope you all are happy with your June progress!
