Hello Everyone!
I am currently a size 8. My story is that I used to be a size 14 and lost weight to become a size 2/4. I stayed that way all though my 20s and started to gain some weight in my 30s. I am now a size 8 and am trying to get a little more tone ... For my 35th bday this September .... My goal is to try and feel tone and fit. I plan to track every day and stay in my calorie goal and just see what happens by September ... I started logging in MFP yesterday and plan to continue until September 15th. Also... The scale is always fluctuating in the 140s... So I am going to stop checking the scale and just focus on eating healthy and working out!

Hi simi well done your doing great. My story is similar and at that point with the scales too. As long you can see difference eat well and a bit of exercise and feel food that's all you want!0
