high iron and low dairy! Help!

Hi guys! Im wondering if anyone has any good ideas for recipes or easy meals (breakfast and lunch) that are a bit higher in Iron and have minimal dairy in them?
I am just starting out on this journey due to a few health problems and could really use your help!

    A small lean steak with a side of beans and greens.
    Lentil soup
    Spinach omelet

    Red meat, beans/lentils, greens, eggs, whole grains, fortified cereals are all good sources of iron
