Anyone from Kent?? I am so unhappy at the mo. I am the heaviest I have ever been 14 stone 5lb and only 5ft 6". Going on holiday soon and need to lose some weight can anyone give me advise x

Eat well
Exercise
Stay on it. If you want it enough you will.

Think about buying skinnier holiday clothes to help motivate.

I'm from London but the other side in Hillingdon.
