Carbs, Proteins and Fats

Does anyone know how to figure out how many carbohydrates, proteins and fats a person should consume each day?

    You are going to get all kinds of answers. One common ratio is 40carb/30protein/30 fat. some tweak the macros slightly but that is the one I see the most

    If you are bulking (Bodybuilding) you need more carbs and protein - I do 40,40,20 (P,C,F)
    If you are cutting you need less carbs more protein and healthy fats
