I lost 75 pounds and I gained half of it back. I keep starting over and never end up logging more than a day before I fall away. Unending false starts. I'm going to look for a discussion on that, but in the mean time, I think finding some new friends and supporting each other might be the difference so if you relate, please friend me, or even if you just want another friend to help support your goals, I'll friend you. I can handle most personalities but I tend to gravitate towards those who internalize the idea that entitlement to anger is the definition of toxic. People who focus on how they adapt and respond to the world as opposed to those who feel that others "should" be doing this or that, are more my type. I've never had a problem here on MFP, but in everyday life, I feel I'm surrounded by those whose focus is on how others cause situations. Not to say that's wrong, but I don't relate to that anymore. And I welcome friends who find that conversation interesting too.
