How do I do this...? Does anyone have an easy to follow diet and/or work out plan they can share with me. Many thanks

    use MFP to eat at a caloric deficit n go download stronglift 5x5 as a workout program. its free.

    good luck!

    PS make sure u t intaking .6 to .8g of protein per pound of current weight to preserve muscle mass

    Yep, eat at a sensible calorie deficit and lift heavy.

    I'd suggest 0.6-0.8g protein minimum per pound of healthy goal weight. We don't need extra protein to maintain our fat mass - it's only needed to maintain lean tissue.
