Macros percentage

What is your macros percentage to lose fat ?
Is 44% carb alot ?? I am confused
my calories under my goal but I fear of CARB

There's nothing to fear about carbs unless you have a medical reason to restrict them.

I lost 60+ pounds regularly eating 40-50% carbs.
