Healthy Snack options for vegetarians?

Hello All,
I would really appreciate some healthy snack options for Vegetarians, especially before workouts as we go to the gym after work and usually need a snack to boost our energy.

    Nuts/nut butters, yogurt, cheese, hardboiled eggs, sweet potato, bananas, dried fruit, veggies with hummus, fruit smoothie with protein powder. All great energy snacks. :)

    Oatmeal! I leave a bunch at work. You can make it with milk or water, add anything (we have honey and jams in our kitchen at work), and make it easily in the microwave. Protein and fiber, you can't go wrong.

    toasted garbanzo .. good plain or sweet with cinnamon and nutmeg or savory open your spice draw and get creative...

    One of my favorite snacks is roasted chickpeas. I buy them in a can and rinse them off really well with water. Then I just season them however I want - lately I've been using a spicy blend called "Pyromaniac" with salt, pepper, and lime juice (no oil needed!). Spread them out on a cookie sheet and broil them in the oven for about 10 minutes. Yum!
