Wow!! I'm impressed. I started my keto journey today (6/01) with the goal of keeping my carbs below 100g. I just read a post of someone who is keeping theirs to 20-30g. I'm amazed. I did a Whole 30 about two years ago & lost 15 lbs. I'm hoping for a repeat of that during the month of June. I have to get past my carb-flu & sugar cravings, then it should be ok.

    I am a carb person . I love dairy and fruits so keto not for me . Wish you excellent keto journey .

    You can do it @TorLance. It's definitely worth it in the end. I also am doing the keto diet. If you need someone to motivate, encourage or get diet ideas from, add me as a friend.

    Mine is regularly below 20. It gets easy over time!
