    It's only a month then it goes to 1,200... I just got to get used to eating that many calories..
    I never have done it before.... but he said to eat every 3 hrs.... or drink a protien drink or something.... but I'm getting all my vitamins I need for the day... well what this app says... and I'm getting the rest... plus I take vitamins so I get over sometimes... my protein always hits and I get 67-89 protien right now... so it's only a month just to get used to it....

    ah I get what you are saying.67-68g of protein is the minimum you should get(when losing you should be getting more)., but for now I would try eating more,then focus on more protein. why do you have to eat every 3 hrs? do you have insulin issues? I would honestly eat what mfp give you and go from there. too little calories even with a vitamin doesnt mean you are out of the woods for deficiencies, and health issues.especially if you arent eating at least some of your exercise calories back.

    Like right now I'm at 800 and something calories.... I'm one of those u hardly eat... so I gotta make myself eat... so how much should I eat if I burn 600 calories a day
    If you're eating 1200 and burning 600 calories, your NET intake is only 600 calories. Hate to tell you that's malnourishing your body. Your body will adapt to the calories you provide it and reduce your resting metabolic rate to a crawl to compensate. Guess when you burn the most STORED BODY FAT? At rest. And if it's a lower RMR, you're burning less body fat. Contrary to popular belief, you aren't burning stored body fat exercising.

    nope,old outdated myth .eating every 3 hrs may work for those who have to control insulin in one way or another or if for some reason they need to eat that often,but it doesnt jump start anything.as for the nutrients MFP gives you the minimum you should have. if you are working out you will need more calories/nutrients.

    1) Meal timing is completely irrelevant to weight loss.

    2) If you're using MFP to track your potassium, your totals are hosed because most food items don't list potassium values in the nutrition information, so it's not in the database.

    I got it.... I'm eating more and sometimes burning less now been doing it since I posted this.... it's been days...but thank u

    You hear different story's... but that's not the only reason... I don't eat high calorie food... only at dinner time... at lunch I eat almost 200 and that over roasted chicken salad... withe veggies... and dinner I eat chicken too... so to make my calories to go up so I can work out I eat every 3 hrs to gain 1,400 to 1,600 calories .. I used to eat once a day... I'm actually eating more then already have.... other then I was pregnant... I had a very bad pregnancy... and I had toxemia and gained alot of weight and I'm trying to lose that weight... and I workout everyday... I never finish a meal so I gotta do what I gotta do...lol

    As in potassium when I log it in here I look on the container etc to make sure it's correct.. or what my veggies say... I make sure it's correct... now if it doesn't have everything as in meats and stuff I kinda don't get the whole thing... I'm off 500 everyday or less
