Keep losing, or recomp. You can't spot-reduce, unfortunately. The fat comes off in a way determined by your genes. Very often, it comes off the tummy last.8

you cant spot reduce areas. since you are at a healthy weight you can do a recomp(eat at maintenance and lift heavy weights while doing a progressive lifting program),or do a series of bulk(eating in a surplus and doing the heavy lifting while following a progressive lifting program). a recomp takes a long time and you will gain some muscle and lose fat. fat comes off where it wants when it wants. I started my journey almost 5 years ago and just now (last year or so) starting to lose the rest of my belly fat.

Sorry to say there is no way to target fat in a specific area. That is one of the big myths that is spread around. The only way to lose that belly fat is to continue to lose weight(fat) from where you are now. It is genetics that controls where the fat is put on and pulled from. Usually the first place it gets put on, is the last place for it to be removed.
Just keep your journey going and you will get the results you are looking for! Remember everyone's body is different!5 -

she is at a goal weight which Im assuming is a healthy weight for her. she doesnt have to continue to lose,if she is at a healthy weight/body fat she can do a recomp to lose the fat and build some muscle.weight loss is usually the norm to losing fat but recomping is another, its just a lot slower.4 -
Another vote for lift heavy and eat at maintenance.3

Only way to lose fat in a targeted way is medically... Lipo(surgical) or coolsculpting(semi-non-surgical)4

That just might be where your body wants to stash its store of fat.
Every body has - and needs - fat stores. Women in particular carry a particular percentage of bodyweight as fat, and biologically its more than men because we "need" it for the preganncy and nursing that our bodies think we're gearing up for. It's really hard to reduce below a certain bodyfat percentage, and your hormones and brain chemicals are all set up to try to preserve it (again, because your hormones and brain chemicals are set up to optimize for baby stuff).
So: even if you hit your target weight, your body might have its fat store in a place you don't want it to be. Your body might also give up fat in places where you wish it was! (see, for example, the number of women who lose breast size and butt curves when they lose weight).
I know, for example, that I lose all my weight off my arms, neck, face, back, ribs, waist - and when I'm at a healthy weight I still have fairly heavy hips and thighs. My mom loses it all off her legs first so she has little bird ankles and knobby knees but heavy shoulders.
You can't control it. Learning to love the body you've got is probably a healthier plan than hating your fat for where it lives.3 -
Sadly one can't spot reduce.0

Sorry
I'm in the same boat, I'm pretty much at my goal weight but i stiiiiiill don't have a flat tummy. Doing a recomp is my only option now.0 -
Reduce body fat and improve body composition as ot is possible to have lower body fat with stomach issues.0

I lost until I was happy with my stomach, and lifted. But also, genetics. Even at 165 pounds my waist was never larger than 29 inches.0
