Hi all! Greeting from Moscow!

After years of being active and fit, I am currently the least healthy I have ever felt. I spent four months in SE Asia, without running or training, and now I can hardly motivate myself to get back to my old level. I run a few times a week, play football (American term is soccer) and stay active but I gained weight and am much slower. Is there anyone that would like to be my motivation buddy? We can share progress photos and motivate each other! I am discouraging myself, so I could definitely use the motivation!
