Any advice would be good on how to log your food on this app.
Like for example i drink coffee so i scan the one i use and when i want to put that i only use 1 spoon it just gives me the option of a cup

Lol if that one spoon makes a cup of coffee then go ahead and log it. MFP makes us use math skills lol1

black coffee is ONLY 2 to 4 cal per cup n people dont usually log it if they drink it black. log it in the 'cup size' if u really want to do it like 8oz or 12 oz or small or medium. it doesnt matter. what matters r the amount of milk, cream n sugar u put in it1

There are apps you can use to give you more accurate measurements of the foods you consume. Good luck!0
