Hi everyone!!

I am looking for new friends within New York area who share the similar goals with me. (I am in Beacon / Fishkill area) I will go ahead and write down my info below, please do the same. You can message me also!! Can't wait to hear from everyone.

Mom of 5 month old
Current Weight: 217
Goal Weight: 155
Exercise Goal: Cardio primarily running every other day
Diet Goal: I am not 100% here but just decided to eat healthy for now. If anyone has a calorie limit please let me know. I am considering Atkins as I lost so much years ago but I'm afraid it isn't long term, any ideas?

    Hi!

    I'm a mom of a 1 year old (as of this month)
    Current weight: 173
    Goal Weight: 150
    Exercise goal: cardio daily (walking or running), strength training 2-3 times per week
    Diet goal: portion control and cut out mindless snacking

    I'm in Northern Westchester area, so not closeby - but we can definitely keep each other on track through the app if you're game!
