So I have my Macros however where do I start on what to eat and what's good ! I'm so fussy with food and get bored of plain veg, carbs and meat. Any suggestions?

You can Google "high protein foods" etc.
Or conversely you can eat the way you like to eat and study your food diary at the end of the day and see where things fall. Eat what you like, that's the only thing that ever works.0 -
Every food contains macronutrients, so you don't have to just plain vegetables, carbohydrates, and meat in order to meet your goals. You can make sauces, use seasonings, try new recipes. Nothing has to be plain. What kind of things did you enjoy eating before you began counting? Try entering your favorite recipes into the recipe builder, seeing what the macros are, and fit them into your day.0

You just sort of figure it out over time. Eat like you normally do, and you'll eventually find some of those foods are not helping you meet your macros.0
