Hey everyone. I've logged my calories on here for a couple of years, on & off. I've had a word with myself as I can't stand the way I look & feel due to being over weight. I am 5'1 & weigh 207lbs. My target is 140lbs. I plan on consuming no more than 1200 cals per day & making sure I do at least 10k steps by wearing my Fitbit. I also plan to do some weights. I've always been on here reading other people's posts but never written my own, hence why I have no buddy's on here! Lol! It's time to be accountable! If anyone wants support & motivation from me also, I would be grateful if you add me.
