8lbs left to go and 7 stone gone!

I started my dieting journey April 2016 at 17 stone and a size 22-24! I don't know what was different this time but I stuck to it and 13 months later I have lost 6 stone 7lbs (91.2lbs) and now fit in size 10-12 (uk). I don't know how I've done it and didn't think I could ever achieve it! I am so happy and can't believe I can now actually buy clothes and feel comfortable and happy rather than live in leggings and baggy tops for the rest of my life. I've had so much support off family and friends and without their help I don't think I would ever get to where I am now.

Stay strong, stay focused, you can do it! The longer it takes to come off the better, dieting isn't a fad by a life choice!
