Leg extensions and knee pain

So I have knee pain when using leg extension and leg curls but no pain on back squats and dumps. I'm removing the extensions etc from my workouts, what are some good workouts for training legs?

    Talk to a PT. They may tell you not to do the full extension (meaning don't straighten your legs completely). You can get the same results (or better) doing squats.
