I can think of a few bloating prevention methods, but it goes away on it's own.
Why does it matter? It has nothing to do with fat loss or gain.1 -

I drink a gallon of water daily and I rarely have bloating issues3

Leave the salty and greasy foods alone if you aren't already. Some veggies can cause you to be a little more gassy too.
I agree with drink a ton of water. I've also found a probiotic to be helpful in my journey.0 -
Like water weight? Or are you constipated? I mean...I know how to do both of those, but I don't really like suggesting it to others, especially in a public forum like this. You'll probably feel better in the morning anyway.0

Sleep! You'll more than likely wake up less bloated after sleeping for 8 hours0
