Is any one else like bambi when there half way though a work out?

I'm doing insanity but the jumping kicks on alternate legs goes terribly wrong. It's like some thing you see on one of those tv shows (funny home videos)
My legs and arms just go in all directions
Please tell me I'm not the only one

    I remember hearing somewhere they just look where they think they'd hide food, often finding some other squirrel's stash.

    Nope, not the only one. Sad thing, is I am incredibly coordinated when it comes to playing DDR or other dancing type games, but can't do half of the exercises in any Jillian Michaels or Beachbody programs. I've just had to do my own thing in those segments, sadly.

    You are not the only one! I have awful coordination if trying to follow a routine. Dance...forget it, I might injure someone. I used to waltz into the walls in ballet class as a kid (I kinda blame bad vision). I don't follow instruction well for activities that require a fluid motion, I just end up with just choppy poses.
