Target Calories

I am struggling to find the sweet spot of where I should be on coming calorie intake to lose weight. Due to the fact I have a sedentary job, MFP originally suggested 1200 cals, but I was extremely hungry and saw no weight loss (not even a lb) after a month. I work out roughly an hour a day, burning about 500 calories 5 days a week. According to my fitbit, I burn about 2400 cals a day on days I work out, and 1800 cals in rest days. I recently increased my calories to 1500, but still not seeing results. Any suggestions are appreciated.

How are you measuring your intake?1

Are you keeping track of your food in your diary honestly and logging everything? Are you weighting/measuring everything with a kitchen food scale?
If not this might help you find the issue. Even over guessing on portion size by as little as 20% could completely ruin your goals.0 -
Sounds frustrating. It would also help to know your height and weight, and how much you're trying to lose.0
