New to fitness pal Im a big guy weighing 277. I started my journey in September 2016 but not knowing what to eat and what's good for you I was 287 only manage to shred 10lbs and work out 6 times a week this has helped me so much I was eating so many bad foods now eating a plant based diet and getting the right proteins. If you want to add me i need more friends
