Help with staying on track on the weekends.

Ugh! I love food! Who doesn't? You go out with friends and what do you do? You eat and drink what you should not. I have lost count of the time so I've lost weight during the week and binge on the weekend and put the weight back on.
I'm looking for some friends who struggle with weekend eating as well. I'll take any friends out there though however. :-)
