Why are your stats? How long has it been since you lost weight? How are you measuring your intake? How are you measuring your calories burned and how much, if any, of them do you eat back?0

As a guy you need a least 1500 calories per day. But log correctly so that you aren't inadvertenly eating too much to lose.
Weight will not "fall off" unless you are 1) extremely obese and 2) diligently controlling your calorie intake. What "falling off" means can also be a lot of different things.
Kickstart is not a thing unless you are a motorcycle. Consistency, patience and accuracy is the name of the weight loss game.
Exercise is not instrumental to weight loss. A moderate but real calorie deficit is what's needed, and eating less combined with a decent NEAT is taking up the bulk for most people. Moderate exercise is good for you, though.1 -
What do you mean by weight not falling off - have you lost any weight at all? Just checking as often it's not the rate of loss that's at fault, but the expectations of the person on diet - I've seen it in this forum too many times.
Also, how are you measuring your intake? Are you counting every single thing that you eat and drink?0 -

Weigh my self once a week coming up to the 6th week and only lost 2lbs. I'm currently 5'7 and 103kg. Cut the calories big time and calorie count everything I eat and only drink water except my pre workout drink. The daily aim is to burn 2000+ calories which I've kept up Monday- Friday and rest weekends.0

You should be able to lose around two pounds per week at your current weight. You are eating more than you think. You have to fix that to lose weight properly. The good news is that that is quite easy to fix. The "bad" news is that it takes effort, commitment and willingness.
Buy an electronic food scale that weighs in grams.
Pick entries from the database that you have checked for errors - with food label, or manufacturer's website, or USDA for produce.
Weigh everything before you eat it and log the exact amount that you eat. There are hacks for this, search the forum, and you can ask.
Hit your calorie goal every day.
If you cook (and I highly recommend it), use the recipe builder, with just the same attention to correct entries.
Don't bother logging things that has no or negligible calories - coffee, tea, vitamins.
Log everything else. Everything. Don't cheat, forget or give up.1
