Hi my name is Leigh Ann. I am 31 with a husband and 2 kids (6 and almost 5). I've been having a hard time losing weight and the number just keeps going up and up. I've decided to go back to the basics of counting calories and walking. I've had knee surgery so I'm very nervous about exercises that put a lot of pressure on my knees. Feel free to add me if you. I am a father of 3 myself. This site will work, but you have to be honest with everything. As far as exercise, walking is a great exercise. Calorie deficit will make you lose weight. Exercise just adds to the process.0
