Need guidance

Hi all, I'm George, 56 yes old, 5'10", 184 lbs. Been using fitness pal for 118 days staying around 1500 calories /day. Goal is to weigh 175. Haven't lost a pound. What's up? Cut about 500 calories /day. Something should have happened.

I'd be curious to know your activity and whatnot. Your activity levels and calorie intake need to align. What kinds of food are you eating? Also how long have you been cutting calories? Sometimes it takes a while for results to show. There are a wide variety of factors to consider... these are very few. If you've been doing this for quite some time and feel you are doing everything right, maybe look at connecting with a professional for further consultation as everyone is different.0
