Calories up and down

Is it ok to eat a different amount of calories each day to suit my day? Like at weekends I like to eat more so I make up for it by burning more but some days during the week I might not want to eat as much and some days my calorie burn might not be as high so I will need to eat less to make the deficit so I still lose at the end of the week.
As long as I make sure there's a deficit each day, does it matter that my calories in and out is changing daily?

Yep!
I just look at my weekly calorie goal - usually works as 5 days of deficit and 2 where I'm over1 -
That's great. I will still be in a deficit each day. As at weekends when I eat most, I burn more calories so im still in the same deficit. I jist wanted to make sure it's ok to eat and burn calories to suit my day0

That's what I do. I use the weekly calorie goal on the app - as long as I'm under my weekly average I see it as a win. Regularly get red bars on the weekend. Definitely have a significant one today. I blame gin.1
