Just started working out 9 days ago. I'm doing my old Insanity dvds. What's everyone else's favorite workouts, healthy recipes, smoothies ? Hoping to stick with it between all of life's challenges.... kids, home, work etc

I completely understand the demands of parenting and working while reaching goals. I had my second 3 months ago and am trying my best to kill my body fat! When you chase the little ones around, it makes everything else much harder.
There's a wrap I like to make with lunch: whole wheat tortilla, thin layer of cream cheese, heaps of spinach, strips of chicken, and sriracha sauce. It's delicious, but I'm biased.
Shaun T's Insanity is one of my favorite regimens, though currently I'm doing pilates until my body is ready for such intensity. Keep us updated on your progress!0
