How do you add nutritional info on a recipe without searching each item and adding?

I have a large recipe with all the nutritional info. I just want to add it as a meal or recipe and put in the facts on it. Can that be done?

Do you need to have access to the stats for all of the individual ingredients? Why don't you just treat it like a food entry. Add it to the food database -- call it "Diane's Great Recipe" or whatever, and input the total carbs, fat, protein, etc. per serving that you already calculated.2
