Hello old friends and new.....after successfully losing my weight, 4 yrs ago, I let a very bad relationship destroy my hard work and am back. Down 13 lbs but still well over 100 to go. I can do this...I know I can...am just happy to be back with a PURPOSE for my life. Blessings to all
