I want to know if their are certain foods that make you bloat, if you eat them? Do you have trouble breathing, when laying I a certain side, for a few seconds?0 -

I had mine removed at age 26. Fatty, greesy foods did a number on me after I had it removed. I ate at famous daves once and literally thought I was going to die because I had that biliary colic feeling like before my gallbladder ruptured and I was doubled over in pain. When I would eat something with too much fat I would feel a sharp pain when I would inhale that would stop me in my tracks and laying on my right side was a problem for a bit post removal. I still get bloated and really bad indigestion when I eat foods with a lot of fat.1

no, but my regular bladder is lacking in social skills.0

My mom had hers out a few years ago. She said taking probiotics really helped her feel more normal as she adjusted to life without the gallbladder, though initially fatty foods caused her problems. She now eats pretty much the same as she did before, and I don't believe she is on the probiotics anymore.1

I noticed that I stay bloated and have bad indigestion.0 -
My brother had his out...preceding it, certain foods that were greasy drove him into fits...I would think that could make an issue once it's out. Clean up your diet, and I bet it would help. Less fatty and greasy foods I think could possibly be an issue.1

Dairy, anything acidic like coffee and greasy, fatty foods damn near kill me still. If I stick to "clean" foods I do great, it if I splurge and eat something like French fries and a burger I pay for it within the hour.1
