This is my first time on here, so bare with me. I am Lula, an ole lady will be 79 October 30th. To some I am a witch, I lacked 15 minutes of been born of the 31st. It has always been a joke of me being a witch, as I always dressed up on Hallawoeen as a witch, until I couldn't get out an about. I am a diabetic, have to wear an insulin pump 24/7, overweight, and by suggestion of doctor and family I trying to get at least 75 pounds off by the end of the year. I have joined weight watchers in April, and have only lost 8 pounds, and gotten discouraged as was not getting support from family, they were just laughing at me so I found this group and not telling any one. I am going to show I can do it. I am crippled from arthritis, fibromyliaa (not spelt right) can not see at times all caused by diabeties. so I can not do excerise. Only excerise I do in moving my arms and legs is laying down on the bed and forcing myself thru the hurt and strain for about thirty minutes in the mornings and before going to bed at night, three to four days a week. If it was having some prayer warriors, faith and believing in Jesus as my personal savior, I could not make it one day at a time.
I can be found on face book, if anyone cares to look me up there. I don't gossip and I don't like nasty words, or vulgar jokes. I share recipes, thoughts, and things I think my friends would like to see and share......Until have a good night.

I guess that is enough about myself.

    Hi!
I'm Alex. I'll be 28 on the 29th of June. My mother in law shares your birthday actually! I really admire your determination for change, and would love to support you on this journey. I sent you a friend request.

My goal is to lose 60 pounds and be a healthy role model for my little girl. I've found that prayer is powerful during hunger attacks. We were not meant to live on bread alone.

I hate to hear your exercise is excruciating, but I'm glad you're moving. I do want to recommend breathing exercises. If you google search "breathing exercises for weight loss" you can find some amazing information. Hopefully this can help you have a more enjoyable exercise session

Good luck to you, and hope to see you as my friend soon!
