Need help

I have been on 1500 calorie diet and exercising 1 hour a day everyday and I'm also a type 1 diabetic and can't seem to lose any weight, today is day 20 in my workout and diet plan but I don't see or feel any results just curious if I'm the only type 1 on here that's struggling

    How much are you trying to lose? Height, weight and age? Do you eat back your exercise calories? How accurate is your calorie counting?

    Need more info.

    Height, age, starting weight? Current weight?

    Do you log/track everything you eat/drink, every day? Do you use a food scale?

    What are your expectations?

    You indicate you 'can't seem to lose weight' which seems a little vague. That is why I asked about starting/now weights. I'm guessing you have lost some weight but expected more?
