How to stop MFP activities from showing in Garmin Connect

I have a garmin watch set to sync with MFP. Unfortunately, Garmin connect has started grabbing activities logged in MFP (didn't do that originally), so now Garmin connect is getting ridiculously cluttered with entries for ballroom dancing and miscellaneous weight training). Does anyone know if there is a way to stop that (I haven't been able to find one so far) without cutting the link completely between the 2 (I like having my Garmin logged activities auto sync to MFP, but not the other way around).

    This happened to me years ago, I don't know how to prevent it other than de-couping your accounts. Either delete the stuff from GC, or don't enter it into MFP. (If you can find a better solution, I'm all ears.)
