Howdy, howdy

Hello all :) My name is Stephanie and I'm addicted to food. (your line here is "Hi Stephanie!") I've been overweight my entire life and just recently (as of December 31st) I decided to get on the healthy train.. I'm doing pretty good so far. I was told about this site and the first go round i wasn't as into keeping track of what i ate at all. I figured if i workout every day it shouldn't matter what and how much i eat. Welp, about 5 months into this journey i hit a road block. Ugh! So i decided to man up and keep track cause accountability is something i need. So I hit this harder then a dominatrix hits her pet. So far I'm doing good, but it gets lonely doing this adventure alone soooo if anyone wants to send out a friend request (mostly so i can be noisy in the middle of the night and have something to do :D) I would love to get to know others going through this with me. My goal is to lose 113 more lbs.. So far i've lost 68ish(?) Think healthy thoughts all!

    I am also addicted to food! We both should just hang in there! We will try our best to stop our food addiction! I know it's hard but we just need to change our lifestyle to lose weight and get healthy!

    i love food too! hah but that's awesome you already lost a lot of weight ..keep it up! ( i remind myself by saying eat and live for the body i WANT not the body i HAVE)

    I'm a food lover myself! I try not to deprive myself of foods I love but eat it in moderation and eat it SLOWLY so I really ENJOY it (: I'll send you a friend request too btw. I totally do the whole midnight MFP browsing haha
