It's working and i feel awesome

My girlfriend and myself joined a MMA training Gym we do a workout called Fight-Fit we do everything the fighters do except to fight or spar. We punch, Kick and do all kinds of Boot Camp style workouts with awesome instructors. Not only that but we changed our diet as well, 5 weeks in I have lost about 12 lbs and I will need a new belt as I ran out of holes on the belt. My waist was 44 now its 39 and 3/4 inches that's almost an inch a week. Oh and I completely cut out Beer 100% that was the culprit for the large gut I will never drink beer again. We go to the gym 3 times a week and we run on Sunday mornings 3 miles.

    Well done.

    No way would I cut out alcohol though, I just make it fit my weekly calories.

    I did not say i quit alcohol just Beer (never again) My girlfriend gained weight on Wine yes Wine is just as fattening as beer the only difference is Beer also has Carbs. I have the occasional Vodka and Cranberry juice
