Food for energy?

I have been feeling extremely tired lately (my side effect to pregnancy other than, you know, baby) and it is hard to navigate through my days at work. What are some foods I can use to help me stay energized?

    yes, any good carbs... oats, potatoes, rice, wheat, etc.
    but be sure you're getting enough sleep too.

    May not need just one macro, may need to increase overall calories and to watch your micros... you are growing a person. Also, more sleep is a good idea.

    I am in my first trimester and have been taking naps as well.
