So it is officially summer and It's one of the hardest times for people who feel overweight. Seeing all the fit people with almost nothing on walking around while your looking in the mirror thinking your legs look to big for those shorts or you can't wear a crop top because of your stomach. We all have those issues while trying to compare to others. So let's make a goal for this summer to be confident but also keep our eating habits and exercise plan as we have the last few months.

My goal for this summer is to loose my last 20 pounds to get to my goal. Hopefully there are others who are trying to get in shape during the summer as well. Don't let those vacations discourage you from logging and exercising. We can be healthy and we can get fit even with all these distractions around us. Let's get fit! :)
