I'm a very snacky person and am looking for snack ideas! Here are some that I use: I've found that roasting a bunch of veggies (carrots, eggplant, zucchini, mushrooms, onion, broccoli, cauliflower) on Sunday has been a great snack resource when I come home from work and feel the need to eat from the fridge for a couple of minutes. Calories for one cup of roasted veggies is about 100 calories, depending on how much oil you use for roasting. Also, mini rice cakes make a great chip replacement for chips/salsa! Plain yogurt and fruit, hard boiled eggs, pickles (for salt cravings), and FF popcorn when I need bulk are some of my staples.

What are things that you snack on that doesn't blow your calorie allotment for the day?
